Having been candidates ourselves, we want to put forth the best recruitment process experience we can. In the interest of alignment and transparency, below you'll find some more details on what to expect as a FENIX candidate.

THE METAPHOR
OF THE BET

Every aspect of our business is a bet where we expect a return on investment, including from new talent who join our team. Our recruitment process is intensively designed to identify the boundaries of a candidate’s current skill set. Think about it – in a few relatively brief interactions, FENIX must determine how a candidate will contribute on Day 1, as well as Day 1000. There is an inherent amount of risk in this equation.

To that end, FENIX will do its best to mitigate this inherent risk when making offers to its candidates. The easiest action a candidate can take to reduce FENIX’s risk is simply to join FENIX and work hard. In the first six months at FENIX, a candidate will set their development trajectory with the evidence base generated.

In other words, if you think you’re good, accept our offer and show us what you’ve got! GREAT.CLIENT.WORK. can’t hide at FENIX, and it will be obvious to everyone on the team that you’re a rising star.

What to expect if you’re a FENIX candidate

Just like our team members do every day, candidates will generate an evidence base for FENIX. FENIX will use this evidence base to make progressive decisions that work toward an employment offer for the candidate.

Let’s be clear – joining FENIX will demand all of your strengths and reveal all of your weaknesses, so we ask candidates to embrace this mentality. Our evaluation process is designed to generate a candidate profile that FENIX will interpret for how a candidate could contribute on Day 1 and 1000. If you don’t wish to put forth a real level of effort as part of the evaluation process, so we can see where you may best fit on our team, please refrain from applying.

During your first year, we also schedule formal check-ins at 3, 6, and 12 months as part of our open communication and radical candor initiatives. One of our primary goals is to ensure alignment as you establish your growth trajectory during your first year at FENIX. We want FENIX to be as great of a place for you to work on Day 1000 as it is on Day 1!

LIFE SCIENCES CONSULTING ANALYST

Our Life Sciences Consulting Analyst will leverage their analytic, interpretive, scientific, and communication skills to formulate well-thought-out insights that support team decision making and execution. The Analyst will derive customer insights through the conduct, management, and analysis of primary and secondary qualitative and quantitative market research. They will also write concise, accurate summaries of industry and market events using their knowledge and context of the pharmaceutical industry.

LIFE SCIENCES SENIOR CONSULTANT

FENIX Consultants leverage their analytic, interpretive, strategic thinking and communication skills to develop actionable insights that support client decision making and execution. The ideal candidate would possess experience in life sciences consulting, which will be helpful for immediate contribution to team projects. The Consultant will conduct primary and secondary research to synthesize meaningful insights and produce deliverables that communicate a deep understanding of company-level strategies, major challenges, and opportunities in the broader pharmaceutical market.

The open positions posted by FENIX are for immediate vacancies. By submitting your application, you are indicating your availability to join our team on a full-time basis within the next two months.
