SECURITY AND DATA PRIVACY ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION

FENIX is looking to hire a Dublin based Security and Data Privacy Analyst. The applicant should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask/prioritize work and at times work independently. In addition, the applicant must be highly self-motivated, have a positive attitude, be resourceful, and enthusiastic about customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•‪ Responsible for administering and maintaining access security systems for all of FENIX’s global entities
•‪ Investigate and document security incidents
•‪ Manage access problems as needed and document accordingly in FENIX’s ticketing system
• Perform analysis, risk assessment, and troubleshooting to improve global security systems
• Assist in the development, modification, and management of global policies, standards, and procedures related to access security systems
• Audit, report on, and document access to company security systems, platforms, and procedures
• Complete tasks designed to ensure the security of the organization’s systems and information assets
• Protect against unauthorized access and track security and privacy compliance throughout the organization
• Review GDPR regulations and ensure compliance across all of FENIX’s entities
• Maintain required ISO certification documentation for all entities
• Help with light IT support tasks as needed and directed by IT Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent, oral and written communication skills in English REQUIRED
• EU citizenship or ability to legally live/work in Spain or Ireland without the need for sponsorship REQUIRED
• ‪1-3 years of experience in IT security and data privacy STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Experience with GDPR policies STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Experience with ISO certification STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Demonstrated ability to work independently (good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative), as well as ability to work as a member of a team
• Proactivity – at FENIX, we don’t simply follow instructions; instead, we critically evaluate whether the instructions are complete or could be applied beyond their initial scope; in addition, providing new ideas on process improvements/efficiencies and methodologies is expected
